Men’s Recovery House

Men’s Recovery House

The Ascension House’s men’s sober living program in Austin is a highly structured, high-accountability program that demonstrates to recovering men how to live a sober life. The entire staff at Ascension House are recovering alcoholics and addicts themselves that are available to our clients to guide them through the difficulties of early sobriety. We partner with local PhP and IOP programs throughout the Austin, TX area where each client’s needs are addressed in a safe and private setting run by trained medical and clinical staff. Clients are also given the opportunity to see a doctor and have any required/needed medications prescribed and periodically refilled. The Ascension House also provides services as a women’s recovery home in Austin, Texas.

Transportation is provided for daily programming and weekend outings. Every morning we start the day with prayer and meditation. All medications are monitored and securely locked away by staff when not being dispensed. Clients are given the opportunity to earn their freedoms back (cell phones, laptops, etc) by working through our unique phasing system that directly ties into their recovery and their 12-step work with their Sponsor. All Sponsors are vetted by Ascension House staff as we introduce our clients to the local recovery community.
